The Murrieta City Council recently approved a construction incentive program. Homeowners who pay for home improvement permits from July 5 through July 13 can be reimbursed for the permit costs if they can prove they bought their materials in Murrieta, or hired a Murrieta contractor.
Projects that qualify for the program are patios, decks, balconies, car ports, pools, spas, minor remodeling, solar panel installation, and a few other projects.
